Simply let the staff know that you’re picking up a parcel from Party Owls. The staff may ask your Last Name and Order Number to find the parcel.

Important: Parcels must be collected within 8 days of the notification. After 8 days, the parcel will no longer be available for pickup. At that point, we may cancel the order, treat it as a change-of-mind return, and apply a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
