Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

Pickup Processing Time: Most orders are ready for pickup (Click & Collect) within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). In some cases, processing may take up to 4 business days. Bulk orders may require 1-2 weeks.

Simply let the staff know that you’re picking up a parcel from Party Owls. The staff may ask your Last Name and Order Number to find the parcel.

Important: Parcels must be collected within 10 business days of the notification. After 10 business days, the parcel will no longer be available for pickup. At that point, we may cancel the order, treat it as a change-of-mind return, and apply a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
